    About us

    What do you do?

Wheel Deliver provisions superyachts the way a chef would want it done — because it's run by one. From one hard-to-find item to a full guest provision, we source the best, pack it for the trip it's going on, and land it on the dock when we said we would — with straight answers on price, timing and availability.

Specialty seafood, caviar and otoro. Charcuterie and cheese. Viennoiserie and fine pantry. A tea library. Kosher and allergy-specific provisioning. Small quantities when a case is too much for a galley. South Florida delivered; the Bahamas and the Caribbean provisioned — consolidated, packed for the crossing, with the paperwork handled.

Local where local is better — Florida waters, Florida growers, small producers we can drive to and vouch for. Responsibly sourced where it counts, and we will tell you exactly where a thing came from. New products before they reach a price list. And you order however suits you: a text, a voice note, a photo of a list at midnight — or an online form with a quote back, if that is how your galley runs. No case minimum to build an order around.

    What are you all about?

Four things, and we'd rather show them than say them.

    • A chef's standard — every product judged by someone who has cooked it on charter.
    • Straight pricing — transparent to the line item.
    • Sourced right — quality first, responsibly where it counts.
    • Zero stress — provisioning off the crew's plate between trips.

How is this different from Bush Brothers?

It isn't a competitor and it isn't a replacement. Bush Brothers is the fifth-generation meat and seafood house, established 1925, that Emma has sold for since 2024 and bought from for the twelve years before that as a chef. Bush Brothers covers your proteins. Wheel Deliver covers everything around them: the specialty and guest items Bush Brothers doesn't carry, or that only come in case sizes too big for a galley — plus the last mile: dock delivery, the crossing, the export paperwork. One order conversation, the full range, packed and delivered together.

Wheel Deliver doesn't exist without Bush Brothers. It exists so Bush Brothers can serve yachts better.

Why you instead of someone else?

Because the person taking your order has stood where you're standing. Emma Farndale ran superyacht galleys for 18 years, mostly out of Fort Lauderdale, and bought from Bush Brothers for twelve of them. She knows what a galley needs at 0600 on turnaround day, warns you about price before you ask, and knows which butcher she's going to speak to.

Behind her: Bush Brothers' plant, purchasing and export department, and a delivery operation built for docks, not loading bays. What you get is one call, a straight answer, and the product on the dock when we said.

    What gap are you filling?

The one between a great meat wholesaler and a very particular customer. A wholesaler moves cases on a truck schedule. A yacht needs one specific thing, packed for a crossing, at the passerelle, with the export paperwork done — and a person who picks up the phone. That final piece is the part nobody was doing properly, so we do it ourselves. It's the only way to guarantee the quality.

    How ordering works

Five steps, and the first one is the only one you have to think about.

    1. 1. Send the list.

Any format: a text, a WhatsApp, a voice note, a photo of the notepad, one of our order forms, or the form on this site.

    2. 2. We confirm.

Price, timing and availability, line by line, before anything is ordered.

    3. 3. Tell us how you want it packed.

IVP, 5 lb packs, skin on or off, portion size, vac-packed, labelled by day. We break cases, and there is no case minimum.

    4. 4. Send your billing details with the first order.

Yacht accounts departments usually need the full registered billing entity and address on the invoice. Send it up front and every invoice goes through first time.

    5. 5. We deliver.

South Florida: 72+ hours, to the dock. The Bahamas and the Caribbean: five to seven days, including export paperwork and cold-chain freight.

Order by text or WhatsApp on +1 (954) 257-5597, or email info@wheeldeliver.com.

Export — the Bahamas and the Caribbean

Do you export to the islands?

Yes. We export to Antigua and the other major Caribbean islands, including the BVI, the USVI, Saint Martin and St Kitts, and we provision for the Bahamas. We work closely with the Bush Brothers export department to cover all the necessary documentation and clearance.

How much notice do you need for an export order?

Five to seven days. That gives us time to custom-cut, package, freeze and then certify your order.

    How does it get there?

We use one of several freight and cargo partners, depending on the destination. Because we export in volume, the shipping rates are very competitive.

    What happens when it lands?

We have relationships with distributors at every destination who collect the order from the airport and deliver it to the vessel. In St Kitts, that is our partner SK & Sons.

Can you send more than meat?

Yes. To make the shipment worth your while we send a full provisioning range with it — seafood, fish, caviar, truffles and more. Our product guides are a reference, not a limit: almost anything is achievable with the right lead time.

    Something we haven't answered?

Emma or David will reply within four business hours.
